I found entire team at Midlands to be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The members of the team took the time to explain the diagnostic results as well as the repair process. This was especially useful since I was visiting from out of town and in need of a quality, capable repair facility to expeditiously fix my vehicle when it broke down. A very big thanks to Emily who is Midlands Papillion location service advisor and owner Ray. Thank you to the technician who performed the repair as well. To all of you, I couldn’t be happier.
