The members of the team took the time to explain the diagnostic results as well as the repair process. This was especially useful since I was visiting from out of town and in need of a quality, capable repair facility to expeditiously fix my vehicle when it broke down. A very big thanks to Emily who is Midlands Papillion location service advisor and owner Ray. Thank you to the technician who performed the repair as well. To all of you, I couldn’t be happier.
